The special edition contains a unique collection of art and artifacts created and assembled by Kuma and is limited to only 20.
The box itself is a custom wooden box made especially for this edition. Kuma branded the top and numbered each box on the reverse.
Here are the contents of the box (all numbered items have matching numbers):
- Carnage #3 with alternate color cover signed by Kuma
- Carnage #3 mini zine
- An original, signed Kuma ink drawing
- Mini zine containing reproductions of all 20 box set ink drawings
- Full set of four Kuma mini prints signed by Kuma

- Mask and gloves, for your vandalism needs
- Sticker pack with a handwritten Kuma sticker
